Brenden has 15 years industry experience as well as a Commerce Degree, majoring in Finance and Economics. His determination in assisting our clients achieve their property goals has resulted in him winning multiple industry awards.

Brenden is a property enthusiast himself who practises what he preaches, he has been consistently completing property developments for the last 10 + years and believes there is no better way to create wealth and abundance than via property.

Brenden loves spending time with his family, training at the gym, boxing, Monday night soccer with his mates, spending time on his construction sites with his first son Arel learning about building, traveling the world, eating at restaurants and enjoying fine wine.

Connor Perry

Senior Finance Strategist and Mortgage Broker

Connor enjoys working in the finance industry to help people achieve their dreams through property. From first home buyers to experienced investors, Connor believes that no scenario is too complex and is passionate about keeping it real, genuine, and simple in his approach to every client.

Connor was recognised nationally in 2021 as the ‘Newcomer of the Year’ by the Australian Broking Awards, for his excellence in the industry as a new broker. Since then, his skills and dedication have only increased, and he is currently working towards a Masters in Applied Finance at university.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising outdoors, watching sport, and listening to country music.

Linda Kendall

Senior Finance Strategist and Mortgage Broker

With over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry Linda has a wealth of knowledge she draws upon to assist her clients achieve their financial goals, proudly serving a diverse clientele, ranging from first homebuyers to seasoned property investors. Her expertise spans a wide array of financial strategies, including, construction for multiple dwellings, self-managed superfund lending, commercial finance and complex self-employed including trust structures.

Linda has acquired relevant qualifications to excel in her field, including a Diploma in Accounting and a Diploma of Financial Services Mortgage Broking. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident from her participation in property investment courses, demonstrating her dedication to staying up to date with industry trends and strategies.

Outside of work Linda cherishes spending quality time with her husband and two sons. She has a passion for travel and appreciates sharing enjoyable moments with friends over a glass of wine.

Peta Thoroughgood

Office Manager

Peta is one of the founding members of the Money Links team and one of our most essential. She has a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage broking and brings a wealth of life experience to the team.

Peta’s role is diverse, she is a welcoming face for clients and supportively balances their needs, and the needs of staff. Peta’s energy is fundamental to office culture and the success of her peers. In her spare time Peta is a devoted wife, and mum to four girls. She loves to spend time with family and friends in their caravan relaxing with good food, good wine and music.

Kerry Rolando

HR & General Manager

Kerry has a strong background in finance and property, working as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for over ten years in corporate financial services and consulting. Kerry owned her first property at the age of 19 and has been investing ever since. Joining Money Links in 2018, Kerry has been an excellent addition who ensures a strong work culture among team members and provides support for staff to achieve excellence.

Her Diploma of Business Administration and industry experience guarantees the Money Links office is operating at its peak, capitalising on opportunities to innovate and create efficiencies, and stay up to date with all industry regulations and compliance.

Outside of the office Kerry has continued her passion for property development and investing, looking after her own impressive portfolio. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new adventures with her young son, travelling the world, staying active and indulging in great food and wine.

Nic Macherel

Client File Manager

Nic embarked on his finance industry journey in March 2022, armed with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

With a keen interest in personal finance, property, and business, his approach is characterised by a genuine desire to understand each client’s unique financial goals and provide tailored solutions. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, Nic believes that no financial scenario is too intricate to unravel.

Outside the office, Nic is personally engaged in property investment, recognizing the significance of firsthand experience. In his leisure time, Nic enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, renovating his house, and catching up with friends.

Grace Smith

Client File Manager

Grace has an enthusiasm for knowledge and constantly challenges herself with complex scenarios. With a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and several years’ experience in the industry Grace continues to learn to supplement her skills and achieve the best service and results for clients.

She has a drive to succeed in the finance and mortgage broking industry as an exceptional loan administrator who assists clients to reach their goals and an invaluable member to the Money Links team. Currently assisting two brokers, Grace guides clients through the application process and ensures a seamless experience.

Outside of the office you can find Grace enjoying the Hunter Valley, discovering delicious food and wine, or spending time with her puppy Macy.

Cooper Waddingham

Client File Manager

New to industry, Cooper joined Money Links in September 2021 fresh out of High School. Cooper is highly driven and has a passion for finance and success. His confidence and strong customer service background stood out amongst 80 applicants vying for the role. At Money Links, Cooper supports two brokers in securing excellent outcomes for clients.

Cooper has recently completed his Certificate IV in Financial Services and Mortgage Broking, helping him progress in his career goal of becoming a mortgage broker. Currently undertaking a mentorship from Money Links Director, Brenden Lowbridge, Cooper is advancing in the industry while making invaluable connections that benefit his clients.

Cooper enjoys playing sport, going to the gym, and spending time with friends. His ideal weekend activity is golfing or enjoying a beer with friends.

Jeff Belgira

Client File Manager

With a robust background in the mortgage industry, Jeff brings a wealth of experience to the table. Prior to joining Money Links, he held the role of Broker and Finance Specialist, cultivating a comprehensive skill set over a span of five years as a loan processor. Through this, he garnered invaluable insights, continuously learning, and evolving within the dynamic landscape of the mortgage industry

He is passionate about guiding and assisting clients through the intricate process of homeownership, ensuring they achieve their goal while delivering an exceptional service.

Outside of the office Jeff finds joy and relaxation in diverse activities. Traveling is a personal passion, with the opportunity to explore new horizons and cultures. He proudly identifies as a fur dad to five dogs, his leisure time is often filled with playful interactions and leisurely strolls with his beloved furry companions.

Gabrielle Carles

Marketing Specialist

Gabrielle joined the Money Links team in 2022 to undertake the Money Links marketing needs, including social media, events, and advertising. With a strong background in customer service and a desire to help others she was a perfect fit for this new role.

With a passion for education and a thirst for knowledge, she has completed a Degree in Communication with a major in Public Relations, Certificate IV in Marketing and is currently undertaking a Diploma of Social Media Marketing. Outside of work Gabrielle enjoys reading, exploring new places and spending time with friends and family.

Ruby Pinyafiel

Customer Care Officer

Ruby is an exceptional member of the Money Links team who ensures all clients enjoy a seamless and stress-free process. Ruby studied Business Administration with a major in Financial Management and has over eight-year experience in the finance industry, assisting clients with a variety of financial needs.

She loves to learn new skills and improve practices to provide a better experience for clients and team members. Ruby enjoys exploring different foods and spends most of her time with her beautiful daughter Amber.
